Conference: Forestry and Biomass - economical use of resources

Dutch Green MEP Bas Eickhout organises with support of environmental organisations a conference about the economical use of wood. The demand for wood is growing dramatically worldwide, partly because wood serves as fuel for power plants that run on biomass. This has a visible impact on forests in Europe and beyond.
